More and more, we are getting calls from brokers, realtors and home-owners alike asking us to “fix” other photographers poorly shot and edited images. Last week, I reshot a high-end home (images below) after the realtor and her clients gave a popular local photography company three shots at delivering acceptable images. (they couldn’t) And just this morning, I got a desperate text from a home owner who said (exact quote), “We just relisted our house. Could use a pro photographer if you are available. The photographer the agent provided was definitely not a pro.”

We are getting more and more calls like this because we provide quality images and personalize the images for the home; we do not treat your home like a commodity, spray and pray, and just deliver “something.” The other guys are in and out in 30 minutes, we spend hours on a home. They dump all the images into an HDR program and deliver up whatever it spits out; we individually edit each image, and make each one the best it can be.

But they are less expensive,. I will not argue that. If all you want is cheap pictures, do not call us- we are not the photographer you need. But if you want quality, hand-crafted images, if you care about your image and how you present your home, then we are your best and only choice.

But don’t take my word for it… look at my work. Or better yet, look at my work vs. the other guys. Here are image-to-image comparisons for that home I shot last week. And then ask yourself…. which images best represent that home…. and which images do you want representing you?

(These are the exact images as delivered by the other company to the client, after three attempts to re-edit to suit the clients needs. These exact images were on the Utah MLS until my images replaced them)
