To make this all work, we have simplified this as much as possible- you schedule a property, pay for the shoot and we come out and do the images as soon as we can.
Standard Real Estate Package
Our standard package is based on a pared down process we have developed for making images quickly and with a negligible loss in final quality. With hundreds of local homes in our portfolio, we have learned more than a few ways for making good images.
Here are some samples of our Standard HDR Processing vs. the Premium-level Processing.

We have found some agents and some homes do not need our full, high-quality images or the expense that goes with them. So we thought that if we can shoot homes with less equipment, get in and out quicker and then batch edit the images, then we could pass on the savings that this streamlined process. While this process means more affordable images, it also formulaic and leaves little room for personalization… and the quality does suffer a bit. But let’s be straight, this is a process not an art. You may find this level of quality is fine for many of the homes you represent for sale in Utah.
Unlike our deluxe images, we do not use flash for these images. This level of service are shot only with available light. Strictly HDR, the images are then machine processed. We spot check the finals, but we do not perfectly hand-correct every image in this package. As you can see, the colors will not be as pure, and the overall images will be a bit muddier, but this refined process can offer great quality images with an even faster turn around… and at a lower cost to you! And these images are still far better than a standard iPhone image.
We do get a couple times a month to upgrade the images of other photographers. These are almost always homes shot in the HDR method. We get the call and reshoot the home in our deluxe method, and that does it. The images below show the actual picture shot and delivered by the other company, and our corresponding image. Both are unedited from delivered images. Their image is not bad- they have decent composition, the verticals are square and the windows are not completely blown out. But you also see HDR’s greatest failing- the poor color reproduction. We are able to lessen this color blooming to a great extent in our HDR images, but it is still there to some degree (not as bad as shown here!). But do be aware that HDR images- no matter how well done- are always going to have color problems.
