Selective Projects Only
We are currently limiting the number of real estate photography projects we accept.
After many years of photographing homes, luxury properties, short-term rentals, commercial spaces, and architectural projects, our work is now focused primarily on select assignments where our style, experience, and attention to detail can provide the greatest value.
At this time, we are not broadly accepting new standard real estate photography clients or routine MLS listing requests.
We continue to work with select existing clients, and we remain open to unique, high-end, architecturally significant, or otherwise special properties that would benefit from a more refined photographic approach.
What We Are Still Considering
We may be a good fit for projects such as:
- Architecturally significant homes
- Luxury or design-forward properties
- High-end short-term rentals
- Unique interiors or custom homes
- Commercial interiors or branded spaces
- Properties requiring elevated lighting, composition, and post-production
If your project needs more than basic listing photography, we would be glad to hear about it.
Our Approach
When I photograph a property, I am not simply documenting rooms. I am responding to the light, architecture, flow, textures, and character of the space.
Some homes call for bright, clean imagery. Others need depth, shadow, mood, or a more editorial feel. The goal is always to create images that reflect the personality of the property and present it with intention.
This kind of work takes more time, care, and judgment than standard real estate photography, which is why we are now limiting availability to projects where that approach is truly needed.
Please include the property address, approximate square footage, intended use of the images, timing, and a brief description of what makes the property or project unique.
Important Notes
Accepted projects are reviewed individually and quoted based on property type, scope, usage, scheduling needs, licensing requirements, and availability.
A 50% deposit is required to secure any scheduled shoot. Your appointment will not be scheduled until a deposit is made.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or acceptance of the project.
We appreciate your understanding as we narrow our real estate photography availability and focus on projects where we can create the strongest possible results.

Additional Information
All accepted projects are subject to scheduling availability, licensing terms, and project scope.
The property is expected to be photo-ready at the scheduled appointment time. Any requested staging, cleaning, furniture movement, or property preparation must be completed prior to arrival.
Delivery is typically provided through Dropbox, Google Drive, or a similar download service. Images are delivered as finished JPG files. RAW files are not delivered.
