For the second year straight, we have placed first in Architectural Photography (Professional) at the Utah State Fair. Coming on the heels of winning the first “Best of State” for commercial photography, I think these two awards go a long way to saying how well received my commercial and architectural photography has become in Utah.
We have added important new functionality for real estate professionals in our premium photography packages. Now, in addition to the uncompromising images we continually win awards for, R\E Photography is adding a valuable new resource to make your job easier. Going forward, we are adding a social media and video marketing kit based on the images we shoot for you.
This year, I decided to try something new. I was going to see if I could get some of my pictures on exhibition in a “real” gallery. So I sent off some images to four galleries in exhibitions that sounded interesting or seemed like be looking for my sort of work.
Then I waited.
For a Realtor or other home seller, a picture can be worth much more than 1000 dollars. But not just any pictures. According to Seattle-based brokerage Redfin Corp., home listings that use photographs taken by the higher-end SLR tend to sell quicker- and at a higher price!- than listing with images from photos from cheaper point-and-shoot cameras.
We got a wonderful surprise yesterday when we checked the old email yesterday…. a missive from the website Houzz that declared we had been been voted by the Houzz community as a winner of their Best of Houzz 2015 awards. To be chosen by the users of that site is a great honor to us, and we thank those of you who participated and voted for us. We were picked in the Customer Service category, which really does mean a lot to us, because our goal is to be the best in customer service to all our clients.
Welcome top our new site. We have updated it a bit- made it a bit more flashy and all. And since my day job is making websites , it is only apropos that I update this site to something a bit more, uh, modern.
We have posted our first tour to the website. This is a 3300 square foot home on Draper, Utah, with a beautiful view of the valley looking northward. The home featured 5 bedrooms, and 3 baths. The lot adjacent to Open Space and Golf Course – No Back Neighbors! The home sits on on .28 acres, and was built in 1998.
Welcome to Our website.
This is the first step. Get our name out and a website up. Over the next couple weeks, we will be working hard to build our portfolio, and show you what we can do. We hope you like it.
